Reservation & Charter Informations

The Skipper must be holder of a valid sailing license or provide proof of sufficient previous sailing experience.  

The saling week ususally starts Saturdays at 17h. One of our experienced skippers gives a detailed briefing regarding the yacht, equipment & inventory as well as itinerary planning.

Fridays at 17h the charter week finishes at one of our bases. The last night until Saturday morning 09h is free on board.

DESTINATIONS
We propose our services to or from further Marinas:

Marmaris – Göcek		200 €
Marmaris – Karacasögüt (Gulf of Gökova)		300 €

INSURANCE
All the yachts and catamarans of the Offshore Sailing fleet are fully insured against total loss and third party liability with a self behalf of the deposit amount. The loss of the dinghy, outboard engine or any other non attached equipment are within the self behalf and as well as your private properties not covered by the insurance.

We highly recommend you to close up a personal and travel cancellation insurance.

DEPOSIT
A deposit is required, it can be made in cash or will be blocked during check-in for the sailing period from a Visa- or Master-Card.

Monohulls from 50’s feet & Catamarans from 43’s feet		1.750 €
All other yachts		1.500 €
Spinnaker		500 €

DEPOSIT WAIVER
The deposit can be reduced to 250 € with a payment of 3.5% from the list price, to be paid in advance.

TRANSITLOG & FORMALITIES
An official Transitlog issued by the Turkish port authorities is mandatory for every charter crew. This official document, which costs 95 €, gives the right to sail along all the Turkish coast. The registration procedure and payments for clients who would like to exit from Turkish waters for visting the Greek islands are different.

In order to arrange all necessary formalities in advance we need to receive latest one week prior to your charter the following documents:

• Complete Crew list with first and last name, address, date of birth, place of birth, nationality and passport number. Crew list forms are available on our website. Please inform us if you want to start your holidays with a visit to Greece.
• Copy of the skipper’s sailing licence. 
  NOTE: Departure may be delayed and fees may increase if we don’t receive the above mentioned documents in time.

Last cleaning and bed linens are included in the charter price. We offer following extra options: Spinnaker, Outboard motor,  sets of towels, Skipper and / or  Hostess.

TRANSFER 
We can organize your transfer from the airport to the marina and back. In the case of order the transfer, please send us the following flight details:

- The flight number, date, exactly time of arrival ordeparture and the number of persons.

Our driver will wait for you at the airport with your name signed and bring you directly to your yacht in the marina.  If you arrive before midnight, one of our staff will be waiting for you on board of your yacht. Guests arriving after 24:00h may also spend the night on board, provided that we are informed beforehand and know your planned arrival time.Our driver will be waiting  for you at the airport with your name sign and bring you directly to your yacht in the marina.

PAYMENTS
30 % immediately as a down payment, during one week
70 % latest 2 months before beginning of the charter

CANCELLATION 
In case of a cancellation we reserve the right to withhold the payments, have been already received from the clients. Only in the case of the booking replaced, we are able to refund the received amounts with the deduction of a possible price differences and a cancellation fee of 180 €.

We highly recommend personal cancellation insurance.

All our Yachts are equipped with:
Bimini, Furling Genoa, Electrical anchor windlass, GPS-Chart plotter, Auto Pilot, Wind Speed-Direction, Speed-Depth repeaters, VHF Telephone, Refrigerator, Radio world receiver, Shore power 220 V with battery charger, Cockpit table, CD-Player, Cockpit Loudspeakers, Cockpit cushions, Dinghy with oars, Hot water, swimming platform with shower and a harbour guide in different languages are standard on all OFFSHORE-SAILING Yachts.

Every yacht is thoroughly cleaned and checked before each charter. There is a complete inventory list on the board of each yacht. One of our assistants will carefully introduce you to your yacht and give explanations about the boat and the sailing area.
